Ryan Fitch has been an active musician in the Washington, D.C. metro area since 2007. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance and Music Education, and a minor in Theatre at Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska. Fitch triple majored in piano, organ, and voice while at Midland and was an active singer and organist in the Omaha, Nebraska metro area. While attending the Hixon-Lied School of Performing Arts at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Fitch earned a Master of Music Degree in Vocal Performance with an emphasis in vocal pedagogy and sacred music.

Mr. Fitch has studied voice with Dr. Lucinda Sloan and Donna Harler Smith, organ with Dr. Charles Wilhite, Dr. Charles Ore, and Dr. Quentin Faulkner, and piano with Dr. Claire Bushong.
​
Fitch has been a member of Midland Lutheran College Choir, Midland Lutheran College Chamber Choir, Clef Dwellers Jazz Ensemble, The Omaha MasterSingers, The Omaha Chamber Singers, University of Nebraska University Singers, the Alexandria Choral Society, and most notably as a countertenor for 5 years among the Professional Choir of the Men at the Washington National Cathedral.

Ryan currently teaches K-12 instrumental and vocal music in Northern Virginia and is an active singer, organist, pianist, and accompanist, specializing in musical theatre.
Mr. Fitch also serves as the Director of Music and Organist at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Alexandria, Virginia.

Fitch is a member of numerous professional organizations incuding NATS, AGO, ACDA, and NAFME.
